CEREC - Same Day Crowns and Onlays
You can now get crowns in just one visit!

We can build a custom-fit, long lasting, natural colored crown in less than an hour. No repeat visits, no unsightly temporary crowns...

Today's technology is impacting cosmetic dentistry in many ways. One of these breakthrough innovations is called CEREC. It allows to restore damaged teeth with natural-colored ceramic fillings in one visit, saving you time and inconvenience.

CEREC is an acronym for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics. It uses CAD/CAM technology, incorporating a camera, computer and milling machine in one instrument. The dentist uses a special camera to take an accurate picture of the damaged tooth. This optical impression is transferred and displayed on a color computer screen, where the dentist uses CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology to design the restoration. Then CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) takes over and automatically creates the restoration while the patient waits. Finally, the dentist bonds the new restoration to the surface of the old tooth. The whole process takes only about one hour!

What does this mean for you?
A tooth-colored restoration means no more silver fillings discoloring smiles. The filling is natural-looking, compatible with tissue in the mouth, anti-abrasive and plaque-resistant. There is no need for temporary crowns or take impressions and send them to a lab. CEREC has over a decade of clinical research and documentation to support the technology. The restorations have been proven precise, safe and effective.

Clear Correct

ClearCorrectLooking for an alternative to metal braces? ClearCorrect is the clear and simple choice. No wires. No brackets. Just clear, convenient comfort - every reason to smile.

With ClearCorrect, we can straighten your teeth using a series of clear, custom, removable aligners. Each aligner moves your teeth just a little bit at a time until you eventually get straight teeth.

Lumineers - No other veneer option is as versatile!

Whether re-shaping worn and chipped teeth or creating a straighter, more uniform smile, revolutionary LUMINEERS has changed the face of dentistry. By dramatically transforming a smile in the most minimally invasive way, LUMINEERS is the only veneer procedure that preserves and protects natural teeth whenever possible, so that the process is virtually painless - even a post-procedure aspirin is unnecessary. More and more dentists are being inspired by the fact that LUMINEERS leaves original teeth in tact and that the process is reversible. Traditional veneers require the removal of sensitive tooth structure, often shaving or grinding down teeth. Consequences of such tooth reduction can sometimes cause the death of tooth pulp, causing the need for a root canal procedure.

Without the need for anesthesia or pain shots, LUMINEERS offers the painless and permanent smile enhancement option. Since the process is so simple and gentle, the sensitivity usually felt after a traditional veneer procedure is eliminated, making even an aspirin unnecessary.

Digital X-Rays - Clearly Superior

As with other rapidly growing areas of technology, x-rays have benefitted from computer and imaging advancements. More than ever, we have a clear picture of each patient's dental health needs.

Dentistry is catching up with the digital age and one of the foremost tools with which modern technology has equipped us is digital x-rays. Similarly to the way that DVDs and High Definition television have brought us images of unprecedented brilliance and clarity, digital x-rays give us exceptionally clear and accurate pictures of patients' teeth and jaw structures. With images displayed on the screen of our computer, we are able to enlarge, highlight, and contrast your x-rays to analyze your teeth with greater precision than ever before. One advantage is the ability to detect cavities at smaller, earlier stages. This allows us to correct them sooner, avoiding more serious damage. Another advantage is that digital x-rays require up to 90% less radiation than conventional film type x-rays. A small electronic sensor transmits your x-rays directly to the monitor screen, eliminating the wait for films to develop. Dr. Robson can immediately review your images with you. In addition, as time goes on, we will always have your entire history stored for convenient review at our fingertips. You and Dr. Robson can easily track the progression of your dental condition over months and years by comparing your records on screen. Digital x-rays are faster, safer and more accurate. Next time you're trying to decipher the controls on your new DVD player, just remember that sometimes technology actually does what it's supposed to do-it makes life easier and better!

Intraoral Camera

An intraoral camera is a wonderful resource for both the dentist and the patient. Since it is impossible to see inside your own mouth, you never get a clear vision of what your dental professional sees. With the invention and advancement of intraoral cameras, you can now see inside your mouth, tooth by tooth. The dentist, assistant or hygienist take images of your teeth which can be stored in your file and printed for viewing. They can also enlarge them on a viewing screen to review and discuss with you.

This powerful technology enhances diagnosing and patient education. Being able to have a clear picture of exactly what your dentist sees, allows you the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding your dental health. Since the intraoral camera generates images that are stored, enlarged, and analyzed, often dental problems are caught in the early stages.

OralCDx Brush Test

Prevention is the best medicine. The BrushTest is a quick and painless method that dentists use to test the common small white and red oral spots that most people have in their mouth at one time or another. The BrushTest is used to determine if a common oral spot contains abnormal cells (known as dysplasia) that, if left alone for several years, may develop into oral cancer.
